Our Story

Jacob Greenwald is the founder and owner of Management Twenty-Six, a real estate property management company headquartered in Brooklyn, NY. Mr. Greenwald established the Company for the purpose of managing low-income housing properties, an area in which he has developed a deep expertise during the past ten years.

In 2014 Mr. Greenwald founded Management Twenty Six Inc. a company that currently has under management eight properties in the Bronx, Brooklyn and seven properties in upstate NY area that are Low Income Housing Tax Credit HUD Project Based Section 8 properties.

Our Approach

Every building under management is personally subjected to a thorough weekly review by our managers. Vacancies, repair activity, and other expenditures are treated to an exhaustive analysis. Furthermore, the President personally does an inspection of each building to ensure that standards are being maintained and that no unreported problems exist.

Although the company grew rapidly, it's large enough to bring to bear experienced and structured management skills, and small enough to ensure intensive, personal involvement with every aspect of building operations.
